What arrives at your door

Our van is self-contained. It carries its own bath, its own hot water, its own power and its own dryer, so nothing is run off your supply and nothing needs to come inside your home. We park, we groom in the van, and we hand your dog back at your door.

That means the whole appointment happens in one place, with one groomer, and your dog is the only dog there. No drive over, no waiting room, no other dogs barking two feet away, no going back for pick-up two hours later.

The dogs mobile grooming is genuinely better for

Mobile is not simply a more convenient version of the salon. For some dogs it is a materially better appointment, and for others the salon is the better room. We would rather tell you which is which than sell you the more expensive-sounding option.

Worth booking mobile for

• Dogs that panic in the car. If the journey is the worst part of the day, removing it removes most of the stress from grooming.
• Elderly and arthritic dogs. Fewer transfers, no stairs, no waiting on a hard floor, and back on their own bed within minutes of finishing.
• Dogs that are reactive to other dogs. In the van there is no other dog to react to.
• Owners who cannot do two trips. One appointment at your door instead of a drop-off and a pick-up.

Better off at the salon

Very large dogs, and heavy de-matting jobs that need a long session and a full-size tub, are usually better handled at our Aventura salon. If you book mobile and we think your dog would get a better groom in the salon, we will say so.

Where we bring the van

Aventura only. The van covers the 33180 and 33160 ZIP codes, and we would rather say that plainly than take a booking we cannot reach.

If you are in North Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Hallandale Beach, Bal Harbour, Golden Beach or Miami Beach, you are very welcome at the salon on W Dixie Hwy — most of those are a ten-minute drive — but the van does not run out that far.

One practical thing to know before you book: the van needs somewhere legal to park close to your door for the length of the appointment. In most Aventura buildings that is the visitor bay or the loading area, and it is worth a word with your front desk or valet beforehand. Tell us when you book if parking is tight and we will work it out with you.

Mobile dog grooming prices

The same prices as the salon. No call-out fee and no travel surcharge — the price is set by your dog's size and coat condition exactly as it is in the salon, and heavy matting is quoted before we start.
