Grooming built for Aventura condo dogs
Aventura is a vertical city. Most of our clients live above the tenth floor in Williams Island, Porto Vita, Turnberry Isle, Hidden Bay or the Point — and a high-rise dog has grooming needs that a suburban dog simply does not.
Your dog rides an elevator several times a day, crosses a marble lobby, and passes neighbours and a doorman every single trip outside. Coat that sheds in the elevator, nails that click and scratch the lobby floor, or a lingering odour in a closed elevator car are the three complaints we hear most from residents — and all three are grooming problems, not behaviour problems.
What we adjust for high-rise living
- Nails trimmed shorter and ground smooth. Filed edges do not scratch polished lobby floors or snag in elevator door tracks.
- Deep de-shedding on the undercoat. We pull loose coat out in the salon so it does not end up on the elevator carpet.
- Long-lasting, low-key finishing spritz. Enough to keep a dog fresh in a closed apartment, never strong enough to bother a neighbour sharing the elevator.
- Sanitary and paw-pad trims every visit. Cleaner paws on the way back up from the pet relief area.
Aventura neighbourhoods we groom for every week
Williams Island
Mostly toy and small breeds. Maltese, Yorkies and Shih Tzus on a tight 4-week schedule to stay in full coat.
Turnberry & Porto Vita
Show-standard scissor work and Asian Fusion cuts for owners who want a precise, repeatable look every visit.
Hidden Bay & Bella Vista
Doodles and mid-size mixes. De-matting and coat management are the priority here.
Aventura Lakes & Estates
Single-family homes with yards — bigger dogs, more de-shedding, more full-body baths.
Because we are appointment-only, you are never sharing our attention with a walk-in queue. Book a slot, drop your dog, and we start immediately.
Aventura dog grooming prices
Prices are set by size and coat condition, not by breed guesswork. Heavy matting takes longer and is quoted before we start — never after.
